This book, the second in a series of 6, co-authored by famed album cover fantacist artist Roger Dean, offers a fascinating diversity of full color art and photography that appeared on an record albums released in the late 70`s. An in depth look at the production process of albums and covers, and illustrations of covers with info on title, when they were released, artists and design team and record labels. Some are shown many on a page, four on a page, or full page. Great resource and inspiration material for artists and designers, and fans of music from the period. This and the 3rd one are very good, but the original one from 1977 is most excellent and still the best bang for the buck.
