Even the venue - The Old Truman Brewery - was carefully selected for its location in East London, an area that has organically emerged as an perimental and cutting-edge design hub. This special evening was titled `SINGAPOREdge`, to reflect Singapore`s perspective of the edge as being an exciting place to be - where one can not only see things differently, but also do things differently, with a spirit of adventure and anticipation.

What is this publication?

It is an attempt to project the energy and diversity of the SINGAPOREdge event in London, and to bring the SINGAPOREdge experience to a larger audience. In it are featured more than 50 of Singapore`s leading and emerging designers across the broad spectrum of the design industry there. It showcases the innovation and creativity of the Singaporean design scene today and acts as an overview of what the Lion City has to offer.
