The micro-architecture uses newer 32 nm manufacturing process, and integrates two dies in one package. The first die contains two CPU cores and shared 3 MB L3 cache, while the second die includes DDR3-compatible memory controller, and HD-capable graphics controller running at 500 MHz. The P6100 microprocessor runs at 2 GHz, and incorporates only basic Westemere technologies - EM64T, Execute disable bit and SSE instructions up to SSE4. Thermal Design Power of this model is 35 Watt, which is standard for mobile processors of its class. The Pentium Mobile P6100 will be manufactured in micro-PGA package only, and will fit socket 988 motherboards. The CPU should be available in 2010, and it is rumored to be launched in September 2010. 
 
Dual-Core Pentium P6100 was spotted in Lenovo notebooks as early as May 2010. Since then this model appeared in specifications of a few other notebooks:
