Deep Throat: Part II is a 1974 erotic/pulp novel by D.M. Perkins, published as a paperback by Dell (under their Quicksilver line, Dell 3239). It`s a tie-in/sequel novelization inspired by the infamous 1972 adult film Deep Throat and its 1974 R-rated sequel film of the same name.The book follows Linda Lovelace (the real-life actress from the original film, fictionalized here) as `America`s secret weapon,` who gets drawn into a absurd, spy-parody adventure. She battles various `forces of evil` including the Russians, the FBI, the CIA, the Pentagon, and a group called `Wacker`s Attackers.` It`s written in a campy, over-the-top style typical of 1970s adult tie-in fiction, blending softcore erotica with comedic espionage tropes.

Note that the 1974 film Deep Throat Part II (directed by Joseph W. Sarno, starring Linda Lovelace) is a separate R-rated comedy/spy spoof with very little explicit content (it was heavily censored/bowdlerized for mainstream release). The Perkins novel appears to be a literary adaptation or companion piece capitalizing on the same title and character.
