Zbornika radova međunarodnog znanstvenog skupa Avari i Slaveni, Dvije strane pojasnog jezičca — Avari na sjeveru i jugu kaganata (Avars and Slavs, Two Sides of a Belt Strap End — Avars on the North and South of the Khaganate). Zbornik Avari i Slaveni donosi 20 radova predstavljenih na međunarodnom znanstvenom skupu održanom u Vinkovcima od 6. do 7. veljače 2020. godine u sklopu međunarodnog izložbenog projekta Avari i Slaveni, koji je uz navedeni kongres obuhvaćao i dvije izložbe: hrvatsku Avari i Slaveni južno od Drave i slovačku Avari i Slaveni sjeverno od Dunava. Skup nam je, kako stoji u naslovu, pokazao kako je ogromno područje koje su zauzimali Avari imalo mnogo sličnosti, ali i specifične, lokalne varijante, baš kao i jedan od najprepoznatljivijih predmeta iz tog razdoblja, pojasni jezičac.
