Kontroler sa drajverom step motora

Kontroler koji sadrži i drajver namenjen za male step motore radnog napona od 5-12v i struje do 800ma max. Može da im se kontroliše brzina kao i promena smera, a ako se povežu limit svič prekidači i krajnja pozicija na kojoj se kad je dostignu zaustavlja motor.

Može da se koristi za motore koji imaju 2 faze i 4 žice i za motore koji imaju 4 faze i 5 žica.

Working Mode

Drive control board has 4 working modes to choose: common mode 1; Normal mode 2; Dot mode; Automatic round-trip mode.

Normal mode 1: S1 start/stop button, S2 forward/backward button, W2 potentiometer speed control. If limit reversal is required, two limit switches can be connected to the P3 pin, and the motor motion shaft is mounted with contacts, so that the motor will reciprocate within the stroke between the two limit switches.

Normal mode 2: Click S1 button to start forwards, S2 backwards, click any button again to stop. W2 potentiometer speed regulation. If the limit stop is required, two limit switches can be connected to the P3 pin, so that the motor will stop moving when it touches the limit switch, and the motor will reverse after the opposite button is clicked.

Jog mode: S1 presses the forward rotation, releases the stop, S2 presses the reverse rotation, releases the stop, and the W2 potentiometer adjusts the speed. If a limit stop is required, the upper limit switch can be connected to P3.

Automatic round-trip mode: S1 starts and stops, S2 is reversed, W2 potentiometer speeds, and W1 potentiometer adjusts the automatic round-trip steps. After starting, the motor automatically runs back and forth within the number of steps adjusted by W1.

Functional specifications

Following figure shows S1 and S2 control buttons with different functions in different modes. Please refer to P4 pin function description for details.

Below is the description of W2 and P2

W2 motor speed adjustment potentiometer, counterclockwise adjustment becomes slow, clockwise adjustment becomes fast.

P2 speed adjustment extension gear pin, W2 adjustment range is: the slowest 3.125 seconds per step to the fastest 0.0625 seconds per step (16 steps/second). In fast mode, the W2 can be adjusted from 0.0625 seconds per step (16 steps/S) to 0.00125 seconds per step (800 steps/S).

Below is the description of W1 and P1

W1 automatic round-trip stroke adjustment potentiometer, counterclockwise adjustment stroke becomes shorter, clockwise adjustment stroke becomes longer.

P1 automatic round trip adjustment expansion pin. In short stroke gear, W1 can adjust the number of steps from 1 to 200. W1 can adjust the number of steps from 200 to 1200 in long stroke gear.

Figure below is the function description of P3 pin. External stroke switch can also be used for high and low level signals of various sensors. Low level is effective. The function varies with the mode. For details, see P4 Pin function description.

Following figure shows the pin functions of P5 and P6

P5 stepper motor output pin, according to whether you choose 2-phase 4-wire or 4-phase 5-wire stepper motor, correctly connect the wire according to the characters on the board.

P6 power input pin, can be connected to 5V-12V DC power supply.

Note: (1) if you want to change any function pins of P1, P2 and P4, you need to disconnect the power supply on the board and power on the selected function again to take effect.

(2) when the load current exceeds 800mA circuit protection, the running indicator light flashing every 2 seconds, then need to reduce the working voltage or replace the motor can work normally.
