She is the author of six publications, including her latest, Reconnecting Workspaces: Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World. Jennifer writes in two main areas : Group and Team Coaching, Digital Engagement and Virtual Conversations, and Remote and Hybrid Work and Teams.
Her other books include the 2019 PlanDoTrack Workbook and Planner for Remote Professionals, and the 2018 Coaching Business Builder Workbook and Planner. As 12 month undated ANALOG planners, these books include 28 different planning resources, and a 100 page workbook focusing on personal leadership and business development. They are geared to support virtual and remote team members, leaders, businesses (PlanDoTrack), and Coaches (Coaching Business Builder).
Effective Virtual Conversations (2017), weaves together her experience as a former virtual team leader, and award-winning coach. Written for today`s virtual professional and team leader in mind, Jennifer provides practical, actionable tips in a format she has become well known for.
Jennifer`s first two books, Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013), have become go-to resources for coach practitioners and those wanting to expand the coaching conversation to many.
Jennifer works with a wide-variety of organizations from health care to financial services, government to sales, bringing an experiential, global lens to helping teams and individuals flourish. She continues to support teams, leaders, coaches, and learning teams making the transition to the virtual space, demonstrating that engagement and connection is possible in today`s global business context!

Since 2004, she has supported thousands of coaches in building their group coaching skills, and is well known for her contribution in the field of group and team coaching. She is also the podcast co-host of the Remote Pathways podcast, which explores the people, places and pathways to remote work.
Her work is primarily virtual. She no longer has to travel as much as she did in the first part of her career when she worked as a Program Manager and Director for the UN and Canadian and British NGOs, thanks to technology!
Jennifer and her team provide coaching services to leaders, teams, entrepreneurs and remote professionals, as well as customized coaching skills training, with several programs approved by the International Coach Federation for Continuing Coach Education hours.
