A Brief History of the Future: A Brave and Controversial Look at the Twenty-First Century

A best-selling work in France considers what the world will be like throughout the century to come, drawing on the precedents of nine distinct historical periods to predict such future scenarios as a democratic world government and an international community that is significantly impacted by nuclear technology.

“Brilliant and provocative, Attali outlines his vision of the world at the end of the twenty-first century. His conclusions will be as controversial as they are difficult to dismiss.” —Henry Kissinger
“A sweeping, controversial look at the future by one of the most brilliant, original minds in Europe.” —Alvin Toffler, author of Future Shock
“This work is absolutely essential for understanding the threats and promises of the decades to come. Indispensible for those who want to give meaning to their actions.”
—Pascal Lamy, director general, World Trade Organization
“Attali is one of the very few global thinkers who has consistently gotten it right. Well over twenty years ago he foresaw the rise of Asia and the advent of ‘nomadic technologies’ such as the cell phones and iPods we now use everyday. More recently he predicted the financial collapse in America long before it actually happened. Attali has unerringly grasped the arc and logic of unfolding history.”
—Nathan Gardels, editor in chief, New Perspectives Quarterly and editor in chief, Global Services, Los Angeles Times
“This book distills in a provocative and entertaining way the visions about our future of one of the world’s most stimulating thinkers. Jacques Attali offers readers a unique perspective about where we are and were we are heading. It should be obligatory reading for any reader eager to think imaginatively about the future.”
—Moises Naim, editor in chief, Foreign Policy

LIČNO PREUZIMANJE:
Lično preuzimanje me deranžira i oduzima mi više vremena od slanja poštom.

Ako vam takve stvari smetaju, pitajte me pre kupovine da proverim.

KOMUNIKACIJA:
Komunikacija ide isključivo preko Kupindo poruka, ne telefonom. Budite normalni.

POPUSTI, CENKANJE I SL.:

MOJA PONUDA:
Nove knjige postavljam gotovo svaki dan. Možete ih pratiti na ovom linku http://www.limundo.com/Clan/ndi (pritisnite dugme `Prati`)

SUSEDNE ZEMLJE I INOSTRANSTVO:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I will send abroad. For your calculation, one hundred dinars roughly equals $1. Please register here:
