12V Intelligent Charger Module Power Supply Controller Board Automatic Charging
1>.Starting Voltage: 10.5V-11.5V
2>.Blocking Voltage: 14.4V-14.8V
When the battery voltage falls to the range of 10.5-11.5V (low voltage adjustable), then the protection board will automatically charge again; when the power off voltage is in the range of 14.4-14.8V, the protection board will stop charging (high voltage adjustable). During the charging process, the red lamp is on; when it is fully charged, red lamp is off. When the relay disconnects, 220V input port will end charging so as to save the energy
When first starts charging test, please discharge the storage battery. If you connect the battery, and the red lamp is off immediately and the relay disconnects, please contact us and do not adjust the potentiometer in person, or it won`t restore to normal status.
Function 1: this board can allow 2KW transformer, and the battery can detect high level or low level so as to achieve auto charging management.
Function 2: this board has reverse connection protection; when it does not connect battery, there is no output; whether the battery clips in the output port touch or not, users can plug it safely. When the polarity of the battery connects reversely, there is no output, this is an very practical function. Output short circuit and auto closed are also practical protection. No matter the charger is in what kind of status, once output is short circuit, then the charger will automatically close the output.
Adjust 1: VR1 when the battery voltage is charged to 14.4-14.8V, then the relay will disconnect, and the charging process will end (blocking voltage setting: if clockwise adjust, the blocking voltage will be low; if counter clockwise adjust, the blocking voltage will be high)
Adjust 2: VR2 when the battery voltage falls to the range of 10.5-11.5V, the relay will operate and start to charge. (starting voltage setting: if clockwise adjust, the starting voltage will be low; if counter clockwise adjust, the starting voltage will be high)
It is recommended not to adjust the potentiometer, otherwise it is easy to damage the module.Only fine-tuning potentiometer, can not be a substantial adjustment
