Ričard Filips Fajnman (engl. Richard Phillips Feynman; Njujork, 11. maj 1918 — Los Anđeles, 15. februar 1988) bio je američki teorijski fizičar, jedan od tvoraca savremene kvantne elektrodinamike. Od 1954. godine bio je član Nacionalne akademije nauka u Njujorku. U naučnom radu posvetio se rešavanju problema kvantne teorije polja, kvantne elektrodinamike, fizike elementarnih čestica, statističke fizike, teorije superprovodljivosti i teorije gravitacije. Dobio je Nobelovu nagradu za fiziku 1965. godine sa Džulijanom Švingerom i Šiničirom Tomonagom „za fundamentalna istraživanja u kvantnoj elektrodinamici, što je ostavilo dalekosežni značaj na fiziku elementarnih čestica”.
